Over the past year, I have completely changed my lifestyle habits to be more conscious of what I eat. I believe it is important to be aware of what you put into your body and on your skin, so I’m here to share healthy eating and healthy living posts with you!

My recipes thus reflect that I eat a mostly plant-based diet (vegetarian) of unprocessed, whole foods with minimal amounts of dairy and wheat/gluten.. but I like to sneak in plenty of chocolate too. ;)

Hope you enjoy my recipes, corny commentary, and excessive use of exclamation marks and winky faces. (count them, I dare you.)
